Denver Pride VIP Ticket Giveaway

Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by The Delores Project, a Colorado nonprofit organization, located in Denver, Colorado (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, board members, and contractors of The Delores Project, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins on May 11, 2025, and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on May 30, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after this deadline will not be eligible.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter the Giveaway during the Entry Period:

Method A — Free entry (no purchase necessary)

Complete and submit the official entry form at https://forms.gle/js6ndoJiP7NdKbgr5. Each eligible individual may submit one (1) free entry per person during the Entry Period. Submitting multiple free entries will result in disqualification.

Method B — Bonus entry (optional)

Eligible individuals who take one of the following actions during the Entry Period will receive one (1) additional entry, for a maximum of two (2) total entries:

  1. Start a new recurring (monthly) gift to The Delores Project at any amount; or

  2. Increase an existing recurring (monthly) gift to The Delores Project by any amount.

Bonus entries will be verified against donor records. A free entry form must also be submitted to be eligible for a bonus entry. Making or increasing a gift does not guarantee a bonus entry if the free entry form has not been submitted.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive two (2) VIP tickets to Denver Pride 2025 (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value of the Prize is [ARV]. The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize not specified herein, including but not limited to transportation, meals, or incidental costs.

6. Winner selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or around June 2, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by the email address provided at time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, or does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Conditions of participation

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control prevent the Giveaway from proceeding as planned.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through entry forms will be used solely to administer the Giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law. The Delores Project may contact entrants about future programs, events, or giving opportunities; entrants may opt out at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

The Delores Project is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical failures; or any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in or use of the Prize. By accepting the Prize, the winner releases The Delores Project, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the Prize.

10. Governing law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

11. Winner announcement

The winner’s first name and last initial will be announced via The Delores Project’s email newsletter and social media channels on or around June 2, 2025, subject to winner’s consent. To request the winner’s name, contact development@thedeloresproject.org.
